These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantum AI Latvia automated trading platform and services. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions
- "Quantum AI," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Quantum AI Latvia and its affiliated entities
- "Platform" means the Quantum AI automated trading software, website, and mobile applications
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services
- "Services" includes all features, tools, and functionalities provided through our Platform
- "Trading Account" means the account you create to access our AI trading services
- "Partner Brokers" refers to third-party regulated brokers through whom trades are executed
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility Requirements
To use Quantum AI Latvia, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be a resident of restricted jurisdictions where our services are prohibited
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
Account Registration
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate personal information
- Complete identity verification (KYC) procedures as required
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel registrations at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
3. Services Provided
AI Trading Platform
Quantum AI provides automated trading services powered by artificial intelligence algorithms. Our Platform analyzes market data and executes trades on your behalf based on your configured risk parameters and preferences.
What We Provide
- Access to AI-powered trading algorithms
- Real-time market analysis and trade execution
- User dashboard with performance analytics
- Risk management tools and settings
- Customer support services
- Educational resources and platform tutorials
What We Do NOT Provide
- Financial advice or personalized investment recommendations
- Guarantees of profit or protection against losses
- Direct custody of your funds (held by partner brokers)
- Tax advice or preparation services
- Legal counsel regarding trading or investments
4. Trading Risks and User Responsibilities
By using Quantum AI Latvia, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Trading involves substantial risk of financial loss
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
- AI algorithms, while sophisticated, are not infallible
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
- You should only invest money you can afford to lose

5. Fees and Charges
Platform Fees
Quantum AI Latvia operates on a transparent fee structure:
- Account Creation: Free
- Platform Access: Free
- AI Trading Services: No subscription fees
- Deposits: Generally free (may vary by payment method)
- Withdrawals: Free (subject to minimum withdrawal amounts)
Broker Fees
Partner brokers may charge:
- Spreads on trades (difference between buy and sell prices)
- Overnight financing fees for leveraged positions held overnight
- Currency conversion fees for non-EUR accounts
- Inactivity fees if your account remains dormant for extended periods
Broker fees are separate from Quantum AI's services and are determined by the individual broker's fee schedule. Please review your chosen broker's terms for complete fee information.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum Deposit
The minimum initial deposit required to start trading with Quantum AI Latvia is €250. This amount gives you full access to all platform features and AI trading capabilities.
Deposit Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Bank transfers (SEPA for EU residents)
- E-wallets (subject to availability)
- Cryptocurrency (for supported brokers)
Withdrawals
You may withdraw your funds at any time, subject to:
- Completion of KYC verification requirements
- No active bonuses or promotional restrictions
- Clearance of any pending trades or settlements
- Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
Withdrawal processing typically takes 24-48 hours, though final receipt depends on your payment provider and banking institution. For security purposes, withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
When using Quantum AI Latvia, you agree NOT to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform or its algorithms
- Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, and materials available through the Quantum AI Platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Platform
- Distribute, sell, rent, or lease any part of our services
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- AI algorithms will always be accurate or achieve profitable results
- Defects or errors will be corrected promptly
- The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM AI LATVIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any trading losses or financial damages resulting from Platform use
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party actions (including broker conduct)
- Technical failures, internet outages, or system malfunctions
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum AI Latvia, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Any trading decisions or outcomes
- Fraudulent or negligent conduct
11. Account Termination
Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination:
- Close all open trading positions
- Withdraw all remaining funds (subject to verification)
- Your access to the Platform will be revoked
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- You fail to complete KYC verification
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law or regulation
In case of termination for cause, we may retain funds to cover any outstanding obligations, fees, or potential liabilities.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support to attempt informal resolution
- Step 2: If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Step 3: Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Latvia
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Quantum AI Latvia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
- Send email notification to your registered address
- Display a prominent notice on the Platform
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services and close your account.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum AI Latvia regarding use of the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any party without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or internet/telecommunications failures.
